Welcome to Ryutronic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. About us

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, and have a valid shipping address in the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product images may be for illustration purposes. Specifications such as dimensions, battery life, run time and coverage are approximate and may vary with use and conditions.

Please read and follow all instructions and safety warnings supplied with your product. Keep electrical products away from water unless they are designed for it, and keep products and their accessories out of reach of young children and pets.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Occasionally a product may be listed with the wrong price or description because of an error. If that happens, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and give you a full refund, even after it has been placed. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you're authorized to use that payment method.

5. Orders

Your order confirmation email confirms that we've received your order. It isn't a guarantee that we'll accept it. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or unauthorized reselling, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled under our Returns Policy, which offers a 30-day return window on eligible items.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, have no cash value, and unless stated otherwise can't be combined with other offers. We may change or end any promotion at any time.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a product review, photo, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm that your content is truthful, belongs to you, and doesn't violate anyone else's rights. We may remove any content we consider unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and the Ryutronic name and branding, is owned by or licensed to KT & JS Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use our website to:

Break any law or encourage others to do so
Place fraudulent orders or use payment methods you're not authorized to use
Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's
Harass, abuse or harm others, including our staff
Upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the website's security or operation
Scrape, copy or collect data from the website using automated means without our permission

We may suspend or restrict your access to the website if you breach these Terms.

12. Third-party links and services

Our website may include links to third-party websites or use third-party services, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except where those warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law. This does not affect our commitments under our Returns Policy regarding damaged, defective or incorrect items. Some states don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryutronic and KT & JS Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KT & JS Pty Ltd, its directors and its partners from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website or products.

16. Resolving disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at hello.ryutronic@gmail.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and we'll make a genuine effort to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. However, nothing in these Terms takes away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence, and you may bring a claim in any court that has jurisdiction under those laws.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order will apply to that order. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we make changes.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and purchases.
